If you need to make a return or exchange, here's how it works.
Standard Returns (Parts)
You can return unused parts within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Returns after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
All returned parts must be in unused, undamaged condition with all assemblies and pieces included. Returns that are damaged or have missing pieces are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To return a part:
- Download the Common Motor Parts Quick Return Form (PDF)
- Include a copy of your invoice in the return package
- Mail to:

We Sent the Wrong Part
If we made the mistake, contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct part and work with you on return shipping for the wrong item.
The Part Doesn't Fit My Bike
Double-check the fitment listed on the product page for your specific model and year. If the listing says it fits your bike and it doesn't, contact us with your order number, bike model, and year so we can figure out what happened.
If you ordered the wrong part by mistake, you can return it under our standard return policy above.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within a few business days. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
