You got a shipping confirmation email but the tracking isn't showing movement. Or maybe you never received a tracking email at all. Here's how to sort it out.
Finding Your Tracking Number
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email to the address on your account. It includes your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you placed your order recently and haven't received a shipping email, your order is likely still being processed. We typically ship within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Weekend and holiday orders ship the following business day.
My Tracking Says "Label Created" But Nothing Else
This is the most common tracking question we get. USPS doesn't always scan packages at every checkpoint. Your package may be in transit even though the tracking page only shows "label created" or "awaiting item."
In most cases, the tracking updates all at once when the package arrives at your local post office or gets delivered. Give it 2–3 business days from the ship date before reaching out.
My Tracking Says "Label Cancelled"
This usually means the original shipping label was voided and a new one was created. You should receive an updated tracking number by email. If you don't see one within a business day, contact us and we'll get you the correct tracking info.
Which Carrier Is My Package With?
We ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL (for international orders). The tracking link in your shipping email will take you to the correct carrier's website. If the link doesn't work, try entering the tracking number directly at:
- USPS: tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction
- FedEx: fedex.com/fedextrack
- UPS: ups.com/track
- DHL: dhl.com/en/express/tracking
My Package Shows Delivered But I Don't Have It
Check with neighbors, your front desk, or anywhere else packages are left at your address. USPS occasionally marks a package as delivered before actually dropping it off; it sometimes arrives the following day.
If it still doesn't show up after 48 hours, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
