If you are ordering from outside the United States and see the message "There is no shipping option for the address you entered" at checkout, the most common cause is that one or more items in your cart cannot be shipped internationally.
The checkout system does not tell you which item is the problem — it just blocks the entire order. The fix is to find and remove the restricted item and then complete your order for the remaining items.
How to fix it
- Look through the items in your shopping cart for any of the products listed below.
- Remove the restricted item(s) from your cart.
- Proceed to checkout again — the shipping options for your international address should now appear.

Still having trouble after removing restricted items?
If you have removed all restricted items from your cart and still cannot complete checkout, the issue may be an address formatting problem. Try these steps:
- Make sure all address fields are filled in, including your phone number — international carriers require it.
- Try entering your postal code without spaces.
- Double-check that you selected the correct country.
