Exhaust
The Honda CB450, CL450 Scrambler & CB500T are almost identical bikes, with the exhaust being the biggest visual difference. The CB450, as well as the CB500T, use a classic left and right low-mounted muffler for street riding. In 1968 the CL450 was introduced with its "scrambler" style exhaust pipes mounted just below the seat line on the left side of the motorcycle. CL450 was intended for off-road use and the high pipes permit additional ground clearance. Exhaust leaks are common at the exhaust port on the cylinder head, and between the muffler and pipe.
