The clutch adjuster on the Honda CB450 (CL450 Scrambler / CB500T) families of bikes is a frequently neglected part of the clutch system. While the actual adjustment is easy, the components of the system need to be properly serviced to ensure smooth action when shifting gears. In this video we will show how to properly adjust the clutch lifter mechanism and set the proper amount of slack in the cable. Additionally we will show you how the "lifter" mechanism is designed and repack it with fresh grease.
