Here is a quick video to help you figure out what size helmet fits your head. Measure your head circumference just above the eyebrows, across the temples and around the back of your head. We recommend using a cloth measuring tape that reads in centimeters (CM) for the most accuracy rather than relying on the size label (S, M, L, XL, etc). Make sure not to stretch on the tape when measuring. If you have long hair, measure with your hair down. Every brand of helmet has their own sizing chart and will fit differently (like shoes) so measure your head twice to make sure you order the correct size based on the helmet brand's sizing chart.
If you are in between two sizes we recommend rounding up or down to the nearest whole number on the size chart for that brand helmet. If your are exactly 1/2 CM between a size round up and go with the larger helmet.
Examples:
- 56.3 CM : Round Down to 56 CM
- 56.8 CM : Round Up to 57 CM
- 56.5 CM : Round Up to 57 CM
