How to Change the Fork Oil

In this video we show you how to change the fork on on a 1974 Honda CB360 (CL360 and CJ360 are the same) while keeping the forks on the bike. This technique can be applied to the CB350 / CL350 and CB450 / CL450 / CB500T as well, however their forks are slightingly different. Fork oil should be changed out every year and we recommend motorcycle specific fork oil. 10w for riders under 200lbs. and 15w for riders over.
