Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us with your order number (starts with CM) and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days.
If your order has already shipped, we can't cancel it in transit. You're welcome to return it once it arrives. See our return policy for details.
Can I Change My Order?
If your order hasn't shipped, we can usually:
- Remove or swap items
- Update your shipping address
- Add items (if available)
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and what you need changed. Our packing team moves fast, so the sooner the better.
How Do I Know If My Order Has Shipped?
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, there's still a good chance we can make changes.
