How to Reset or Change Your Account Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it, you can easily reset it from the My Account page on the Common Motor Collective website.
🖥️ For Desktop Users
- Go to our My Account page.
- Under Returning Customers, fill in your email then click Reset my password.
- The link appears below the Password field.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
📱 For Mobile Users
- Visit My Account on your mobile browser.
- Scroll down to Returning Customers.
- Tap Reset my password.
- Enter your email address and check your inbox for the reset link.
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
🆕 Creating a New Account
- Visit the My Account page.
- Under New Customers, click Create Account.
- Fill in your information and submit the form.
