Rear blinkers

My bike came with a home made pannier rack the has the rear blinkers mounter to it.  I’d like to get rid of the pannier rack but I can’t moiunt the blinkers directly to the bike. I think I'm either missing some special mounts or the rear grab bar that has blinker mounts. 

Do you sell either or have any ideas how I could mount the blinkers? Or any advice?

  If it helps, here's a picture of my CL350 K4. Maybe you can fabricate your own? These mount to the bolts that hold the rear fender on. Good luck.
