1974 CL360 no power to the fuse panel.

I removed my battery box and after re installing and plugging all the connectors in I have no power going to the red wire in my fuse box, no power to my key switch.

I checked all of the connections for power that are located around the battery box and every red wire has power. There is power on one of the solenoid terminals which is the one directly connected to the battery. 

Is there an issue with the solenoid?
