There are a few possible reasons for this:
- Depending on the physical size of your order we may have sent it to you in multiple packages, make sure to check your email for multiple tracking notifications as the missing parts may still be in transit.
- Occasionally we are back ordered on a part, if this is the case then the shipping team should have contacted you directly to let you know about the situation. Do note that the email you used on your account is the email that we will contact you with. Please make sure that the email you have on file with is your primary contact email. If we do not receive a reply about the back order, we will split your order and ship all parts in stock. The back ordered part(s) will ship on their own as soon as they arrive in stock.
- Human Error: We made a mistake and forgot to put the part(s) in the package. Please contact us directly with your order number, model of bike you are working on and what is missing from your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible and get you taken care of.
